This is a funny glitch. If you manage to inflict an Adamantaimai with both Barrier and MBarrier before its first turn, it will try to cast Cure. Since they don't have this spell, you get this error. You can't attack, escape or do anything, other than pushing L1+R1+select. That will bring you back to the world map.
Cloud is not there because he's in Mideel, suffering from Mako Poisoning and the levels are so low because this was recorded during a low level challenge.
