This is character level 200 with 225 gear for the 1st fight and level 300 gear for the 2nd fight.
Ozma’s recommended level is 297 for ng++.
Gear and build shown after the first fight for both.
I stopped leveling at level 200 at the end of ng+ and kept it there for all of ng++. I collected gear from 225,250,275 and 300.
225 was the soonest I could get my full legendary gear built up. These fights show the damage difference.
Gear really makes the biggest difference in this game. Level doesn’t matter as much.
Personally I like being underleveled and doing less damage more.
