Ira Forest Stanphill wrote “I Know Who Holds Tomorrow” (1950) as he was going through a very hard time of his life. Clearly the Lord has sung promise and hope into the lives of His people in so many ways. Here, Longville Tom Adams covers the song that earned Alison Krauss and the Cox Family the Grammy award for Best Southern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album for 1995. New Springs Publishing Incorporated Holds the rights to this. Longville Tom Adams doesn’t sing and play for the money or he would have given up years ago. He recorded this for the hope and joy it brings to embed such lyrics and melody in one’s heart. He likes to kid around by saying maybe he only gets one out of three notes right. Could be that just doesn’t matter given the One who holds tomorrow is on his side.

The volume is medium, the sustain medium, the price medium. It is very playable. It looks great! You got to love the bamboo bridge, neck and slotted headstock. This one came from a thrift store with a Kala tweed hard case. Very nice. It’s a keeper.
