After announcing the IGA Free Food Friday competition, Karl revealed Sarah Abo "was off and running this morning", showing viewers some behind-the-scenes footage of her scratching the edge of her right nostril that looked like a sneaky nose pick.

"It is not the Free Food Friday we were thinking, Sarah," Karl laughed.
