These are so delicious! And the different variations of egg roll flavors you can make, is endless. With a little patience, you’ll have homemade egg roll wrappers in a few hours.
EGG ROLL WRAPPER RECIPE⬇️
4 cups of plain flour
3 medium eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup water +¼ cup more if needed
Cornstarch for dusting
In a large bowl, add flour and salt together. Add eggs and mix. Slowly add in water and continue to mix. Eventually form into a ball and cover with plastic wrap-let rest for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cornstarch on your working surface.
Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes then let rest for 30 minutes.
Divide dough in half. Roll out to a larger wrapper. Fold up and cover with plastic wrap again. Repeat the process with the other half of the dough and rest for another 30 minutes.

Take one large wrapper out and divide in half.
Roll each of the halves into paper-thin wrapper or as thin as possible. Keep dusting with cornstarch. Then cut the large or small wrappers.
