I am describing Bhagwan shree Rajneesh’s Dynamic meditation technique, its 5 stages and the energy works behind the technique. I am talking from my own experience and sharing my own take on the technique, so it should not be taken as the only way of understanding and practicing the technique. I also talk about the common mistakes people make while practicing Dynamic Meditation.
Dynamic Meditation is one of the most powerful techniques of meditation to bring about transformation in the inner being in a short period of time. It is a playful 1 hour long meditation done in 5 stages, the first 3 stages being 10 minutes long, and the last 2 stages - 15 minutes long. In simple words, the first stage of fast, chaotic and deep breathing and the second stage of catharsis will awaken the life force and clean up the subconscious to make the context for the third stage. The third stage is of chanting the mantra "hoo", and the fourth stage is of witnessing and allowing the awakened energy force, or kundalini, to rise within. The last, fifth stage is of celebration, of sharing the meditativeness with the universe through the dance. Best done early morning, on an empty stomach, with eyes closed for the entire duration of the meditation (eye mask is highly recommended).
