Photo diary of my Sidewinder build from start to finish. Had the chassis built for quite some time and last year decided to complete the beast. Took about three months to finish. It,s based on the Edge Products design. I have customised it a fair bit. There,s not another one around that looks like this one. It runs an NX650 Dominator Honda engine. 1991 model. Dry sump with external oil tanks. Fuel tank is about 30 litres.Electric fuel pump up to a gravity feed to the carb and return line to the tank. Extra bracing in the chassis. Oil temp and volt guage in an ally dash. Digital tacho and hour meter. Does about 70km/h at the top of second gear. Need more space to wind it right out in fifth and should do about 140km/h. I built the mrs a Trax 2 also from Edge Products. Thanks to the boys from Edge Products for some of the parts and thanks for having a look at my videos.
