This mock tribunal shows a realistic insight into how a case would be conducted on Cloud Video Platform (CVP), the remote platform used by tribunals for shorter cases.
The case concerns a male claimant who is bringing a claim for gender discrimination and unfair dismissal by his female boss. He brought the claim having been dismissed for gross misconduct after posting a critical Tweet about climate change which the employer alleged was contrary to company values.
