Here's Freddi Fish 5: The Case of the Creature of Coral Cove. In this game, Freddi Fish and Luther are on their way to Coral Cove Park after visiting Grandma Grouper. They come across large mob of sea creatures and the park's developer Marty Sardini (the real culprit behind this sea monster situation) who are on an uproar of an enormous sea monster in Coral Cove. Freddi Fish and Luther will solve this sea monster case by exploring the town and the Coral Cove Park to look for clues that will lead to the whereabouts of this sea monster and its wants.
