In this video I show you how to Meal Prep Chicken Burritos just like Chipotle but cheaper. I try and create meal prep recipes that are easy and healthy. Meal Prepping is a great way to help you lose weight, save money (this burrito only cost $1.96 to make. ) and time. It's one of my top ways I have been able to lose weight and stay consistent. Meal 1: Chicken Rice and Bean Burritos
8 chicken Breast
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/4 cup of lime juice
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1. Put Chicken in crockpot.
2. Add all ingredients to crockpot cook on low for 6-8 hours
3. You can choose what ever fillings you want for inside he burrito
4. Assemble with cooled off ingredients.
5. This is so they won't be soggy when you go to reheat.
6. Do not put the moist food directly on tortilla.
