Meet Our Students: Rachel Victoria

See what’s happening behind the scene as one of our graduates, Rachel Victoria prepares for her final guitar examination at D’Jazz Music School!

To finish her final project, she was required to play in a special feature program at D’Jazz Music School’s Jam Session event at Elowen Cafe, Jakarta. She also required to shot a video concert at Reverend & Co Studio with her own group, where she performed 4 songs. Two of the songs she wrote herself.

Rachel Victoria graduated from D’Jazz Music School in June 2022, and now she is a full-time music student at Fullerton College, California, USA.

D’Jazz Music Indonesia was established in the summer of 2010 with the aim of becoming the center for cultivating excellent musicians. This initial aim, however, has narrowed and focused over the years as we believe that D’Jazz Music Indonesia can achieve greater goals and influence more musicians in Jakarta.

D’Jazz Music Indonesia has become more than the average music Indonesia teaching music theories and performance skills. Our music Indonesia has become a community moreover, a hub for Jazz musicians around Jakarta. Our hub has opened more opportunities for both teachers and students to explore the performing arts. It is due to the institution’s best interest of consistently improving our facilities that allow the D’Jazz community and learning experience to flourish.

Our facilities have opened the platform for students, teachers, and musicians to perform and interact. With this, D’Jazz Music Indonesia will continue to facilitate teachers and students with the best and appropriate tools and materials to further their learning experience.
