Thieram is a minor character in Arcane. He was assigned the job of bartender for The Last Drop in place of Vander after Silco took over.
Jinx visits the bar at The Last Drop. The bartender, Thieram, seems terrified of her, but pours her a drink as she pries him for information and calls him Chuck. He reveals that Silco's henchmen are searching for two women who "did a number" on Sevika. Jinx thanks him by attaching a grenade to his back, though it only explodes in glitter.
