栃木県足利の「両崖山」に登ってきました

11月24日（月）勤労感謝の日の振替休日
栃木県足利市にある両崖山へ登山に行きました。
両崖山は織姫神社、足利城跡神社があり平日でも訪れる人が多く今回祭月曜日でしたが祭日で織姫神社、両崖山に登る人達も多く賑わっていました

実は右膝を痛めていて登山は行けずにいましたが最近ようやく治ってきたので調子を見にリハビリ登山も兼ねています

織姫神社から両崖山→天狗山→感音山→情念寺登山口に降りる役5kmのルートになります。
両崖山からさきはハイカーさんも減って適度にアップダウンのある低山上雨走を楽しみました。

On Monday, November 24th, the substitute holiday for Labor Thanksgiving Day, I went hiking on Mt. Ryogai in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture.
Mt. Ryogai includes Orihime Shrine and the site ofthe ruins of Ashikaga Castle, and even on weekdays the area draws many visitors. Since this time it fell on a holiday Monday, both Orihime Shrine and the trail to Mt. Ryogai were lively with many people.
I had actually injured my right knee and had been unable to go hiking for a while. Recently, however, it has finally started to heal, so this hike also served as a way to check my condition and function as a rehabilitation outing.
The route runs from Orihime Shrine to Mt. Ryōgai, then on to Mt. Tengu and Mt. Kanon, before descending to the Jōnenji trailhead—a distance of about five kilometers.
Beyond Mt. Ryōgai, the number of hikers thins out, and I enjoyed a stretch of low mountain terrain with gentle ups and downs.
