SHAAP means to pray🤲🤲🤲 . SHAAP is an ancient tradition of Gilgit-Baltistan which has been going on for centuries. This ritual is celebrated every year in the month of January. In this ritual, boys go from house to house to collect money, during this time they also dance as entertainment in every house and finally organize a communal meal with the collected money. at the end of this event, Music is also organized.
