In this week's video, I show you how to identify Hoffa's fat pad impingement on a Knee MRI. This disease is also known as superolateral Hoffa fat pad impingement or patellar tendon lateral femoral condyle friction syndrome. However, Hoffa's fat pad might get impinged at other locations as well. In addition, Hoffa's fat pad may be involved in many other diagnoses that I do not cover in this video but surely will in the future.
