Small Red potatoes
seasoning of your choice
Steps
boil red potates in 2- 4 quarts of water boil until tender easy to poke with a fork
after boil in pot remove. with strainer let cool for 5-10 mins.
prepare to SMASH.
Choose an object safe to smash your potatoes in this video you see I used my plastic measuring cup
drizzle with olive oil season to liking.
Put in Oven for 25-30 mins for desired crispiness
last 3-5 mins add desired cheese for melting!
