Sailing Australia’s Great Barrier Reef we find a whole tropical island paradise to ourselves and make the most of it. You don't have to be in your twenties with an Instagram body to enjoy a naked swim and nude beach walk in the sunshine. Normanby Island and Kent Island were both outstanding stops on our way south. Also in this episode, Rob explains how to rig a bridle to stop rolling in the swell on a mooring and Our Galley returns with Karen whipping up a delicious but very healthy chocolate mousse using the tropical fruit sapote.
