夫妻修400㎡養老房，全屋毛坯風，拒絕一切智能家電 Chongqing Couple’s 400-m2 Minimalist Villa with No Smart Home Appliances

周寧和丈夫出生於1970年代，都是土生土長的重慶人。 2009年，他們偶然來到南山，被煙雨濛蒙的山景打動，於是買下一套400㎡的毛坯別墅。 2019年末，周寧夫婦開始正式裝修南山居所，打算帶著兒子一起搬離市中心，他們甚至放棄了所有的智能家電，希望回歸老重慶人的慢生活。

Zhou Ning and her husband were born in the 1970s in Chongqing. In 2009, they accidentally came to Nanshan and were hit by the amazing mountainous landscape, so they bought a 400-m2 roughcast villa there. They started the decoration at the end of 2019. They moved away from the downtown into the mountain with their son, and gave up the idea of a smart home. They want to lead a slow life there, like in old times.
