Training for a Better Week is a weekly practice session designed to help you close the gap between the life you’re living… and the life you know you could be living.
Most of us don’t lack intention, insight, or possibility — we struggle with follow-through when life gets stressful or overwhelming.
That’s where Self-Authorship comes in: the capability to choose who you want to become and actually live from that choice.
I’m Mitch, founder of IDOJO — a place to train that capability.
Think of it as a gym for your inner life: instead of building physical muscle, you’re strengthening the muscles that shape your decisions, your days, and the direction of your life.
Each Sunday, at the transition between one week and the next, a new session will help you:
• Set one clear focus for your week
• Notice one pattern that influences your choices
• Practice one small, winnable action that matters
