Hey there, friend. 💛
I just wanted to sit down and share something that’s made a huge difference in my life: journaling. Seriously, it’s been such a game-changer for me. And, you know, it’s not just me—people like Oprah and Richard Branson credit so much of their growth to journaling, too. There’s even this study from 1999 (I’ll link it below) that shows how just 15-20 minutes of writing can reduce stress, improve your mood, and even boost your immune system. Crazy, right?
So, with all that in mind, I thought, why not share some of the journaling prompts that have been helping me find more balance, more joy, and more direction in my life? These aren’t just random questions; they’re like little check-ins with yourself, ways to figure out what’s really going on in your mind and heart.
Here’s a little peek at what’s in store:
A question that helped me break down my big dreams into small, manageable steps (trust me, this one’s a life-saver).
One that keeps me thinking about the future, and what my 80-year-old self would be proud of me for doing today.
And one that’s all about those moments when you step out of your comfort zone—scary, I know, but oh so worth it.
I’m not perfect, and honestly, there are still days when I don’t feel like writing anything. But these prompts? They’ve helped me stay grounded, be kinder to myself, and find a little more peace in the everyday chaos. And maybe, just maybe, they’ll do the same for you.
So, grab your journal, a comfy spot, and let’s dive in together. If you like this video, a thumbs up would mean the world to me—and if you’re feeling it, maybe even hit subscribe? I’m hoping to reach 500 subscribers by the end of October 2024, and having you along for the ride would be pretty amazing. Thank you so much for being here, truly. Let’s keep growing, one page at a time. 🌱
