Come on a Friday night walking tour of Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Fremont Street Experience is an entertainment and gaming destination in the heart of Las Vegas. It is the 5 westernmost blocks of Fremont Street that was once known of "Glitter Gulch." Fremont Street is home to El Cortez Hotel & Casino, The D Casino & Hotel, Fremont Hotel & Casino, Four Queens Hotel & Casino, Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel, Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, and Circa Resort & Casino. Fremont Street dates back to 1905, the year Las Vegas was founded. In 1931, gambling license were issued to casinos on Fremont Street. It has been featured in many movies and television shows over the years. In 1994, the Fremont Street Experience was built as a pedestrian mall and attraction. Fremont Street is the second most famous street in Las Vegas only behind Las Vegas Boulevard. On this night, Velvet Elvis, Alter Ego, and Dancing DJ were performing on the three Fremont Street stages.
