Grand Floridian Resort Studio // Come tour a new resort studio with a lagoon view at the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! These resort studios are new to DVC and differ from the deluxe studios because they have two queen beds but don't have a kitchenette. Located in the Big Pine Key building, each resort studio is ~440 square feet and there are three view categories: standard, lagoon, and theme park. The lagoon view rooms feature views of Seven Seas Lagoon and the neighboring Polynesian Resort. Each resort studio sleeps up to five (5) guests.
