VERSALLES:

Mainly on offer for buyers are condos. The bulk of options are 2 bed / 2 bath new-ish condos around 1000-1100 sq foot and priced between $350,000 USD and $500,000. The new condo buildings come with the beautiful roof top pool etc. (There are occassionally house listings and other options there but mostly newer condos). The neighborhood is now getting to be known for the great restaurants, cafes and eateries. It's a very cool neighborhood. Has Mexican charm. Is Centrally located in PV so a short drive (15 minutes) to most places (Romantic zone / airport).
If your wanting a spacious condo (1600 sq foot +), Versalles is not for you. And houses don't tent to come to the market much but if they do, they could be around $600k - $900K. If your wanting a house, I'd be looking at other neighborhoods.
Sometimes older condos come on the market, and although they lack the new amenities of roof top pools, they can be in a good price bracket of $250k to $300K USD.
Versalles condos generally don't have ocean views as the hotel zone blocks those views. (except the roof tops often do have some ocean views). Sometimes you can get a condo with nice mountain views. A great neighborhood and well worth the consideration!
