CJI BR Gavai Attack: बीते दिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान वकील ने भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) बीआर गवई पर जूता फेंक दिया था। यह हादसा पूरे देश में चर्चा का विषय बन गया है। CJI पर हमला करने वाले वकील की पहचान 72 वर्षीय राकेश किशोर के रूप में हुई है। घटना के बाद राकेश को दिल्ली पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया था। हालांकि, CJI गवई ने आरोपी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करने से साफ मना कर दिया, जिसके बाद आरोपी को रिहा कर दिया गया था.. आरोपी राकेश किशोर ने पुलिस पूछताछ में बताया कि वह CJI गवई की भगवान विष्णु पर की गई टिप्पणी से नाराज था। CJI गवई ने आरोपी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करने से मना कर दिया जिसके बाद उसे रिहा कर दिया गया।
