today was crazy a BNSF Intermodal train (Z-CHCPTL) hit a truck at la grange at around 1:50 pm on 6/13/25 no one what hurt or killed in the crash but the la grange Metra station is going to be under revamp after one of the brick pillars was crushed on impact on the outbound platform in that one shaded hut. This video is going to be showing you guys how they removed the trailer off the tracks. this is still an ongoing investigation with the La grange Police. Please be safe while railfanning and call the number on that blue sign on the crossing it will save your life in a instance like this one but in this situation the train was to close and was not able to stop in time...
