Something amazing happened when I put a whole orange into a blender and combined it with cake batter ingredients!
I was able to make a delicious lemon zested cake that was warm, moist, and tasted delicious! You can use this technique to make all sorts of fruit cakes using different fruits. You can try oranges, kiwi, strawberries, bananas and so many others!
Instructions:
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 45 to 75 minutes, or until a toothpick or skewer comes out clean.
