Cobh (pronounced Cove) is a beautiful harbor town in County Cork, Ireland. Known from 1849 until 1920 as Queenstown, is a seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland. Cobh is on the south side of Great Island in Cork Harbour and home to Ireland's only dedicated cruise terminal. Tourism in the area draws on the maritime and emigration legacy of the town.
Walking through Cobh, you see colorful Victorian buildings . It’s known for its rich maritime history and stunning views. The town sits by the River Lee and has seen many important moments in Ireland’s past.
The tall St. Colman’s Cathedral is a very prominent structure in Cobh's skyline.
It was the last stop for the Titanic before it sank. Cobh has also seen many other sea adventures.
