The First Day of NEW CHANGES to Routes 318 & 349 | New Operator & No More Diesels (TfL Bus Changes)

Route 318

Go-Ahead London have started running route 318. This route was operated by Arriva London North between 2006 and 2025. Under Arriva, the route was allocated unique 9.7m Enviro200 MMCs, shown at 5:45.

The 318 now uses short 9.0m ADL Enviro200s from 2015. These are slightly older and shorter than the Enviro200 MMCs they replaced. The 318's timetable has also been changed. Buses now run every 20 minutes instead of every 30 on early mornings. The frequency has remained at every 12 minutes during Monday to Saturdays, Every 15 minutes during the daytime on Sundays and every 20 minutes during evenings. The first bus on Sundays now leave earlier, at 05:45 and 06:20. Go-Ahead run the 318 from their Northumberland Park (NP) garage.

The 318 was the only TfL bus route to be allocated 9.7m long single door MMCs. The route used Enviro200 MMCs from 2015 (ENRs), 2016 (ENs) and 2017 (ENNs). Arriva ran the 318 from their Tottenham (AR) garage.

Route 349 runs between Ponders End, Enfield Bus Garage and Stamford Hill. The route serves Glyn Road, Ponders End Park, Nightingale Road, Jubilee Park, Edmonton Green Bus Station, Edmonton Police Station, Angel Corner, White Hart Lane Station, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Tottenham High Road, Bruce Grove Station, Tottenham Town Hall, Seven Sisters Station, South Tottenham Station, Egerton Road and Rookwood Road.

The 349 runs every 8 to 12 minutes, from 04:05 until 01:15.
