Two months ago, I left my "steady" corporate job and have been welcoming change ever since. I'm proud of most everything I accomplished at that job but even more proud of myself for leaving.
Everything said in this video was also said in my exit meetings with my manager and dept head before my last day. If you're thinking about quitting your job or switching career paths, it's important to identify your non-negotiables. For me, these include career growth, creative abundance and not having to put my job ahead of my mental wellbeing.
