Here's everything you'll need for the most delicious Pecan Praline Ice Cream:
For the ice cream base -
600ml double cream
50g pecans
100g sugar
4 tablespoons of water
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt, if desired
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pecan Praline -
