In asking myself one question, what I found was not only interesting but healing...tbc

I have been so sick of the layers and aspects of the hidden plays I continue to entertain within my life. The myriads of aspects of the one lesson/ experience on repeat that play out within our being across our reality across our being through time and space of our conscious and unconscious awareness. I asked the right question and found the answers, which led to acknowledgement, acceptance, and release. Instantly. I healed myself on a physical level, accepting that I forgot to make my body feel safe, even though I got the learnings and felt the feelings and cleared the energy around various experiences and traumas in my life.

I find the archetypes and games I played out unconsciously, the benefits they had for me, or simply the habit of acting a certain way. Or not allowing myself to feel and do and be who I am. For example, to retreat into myself and my home without reason. Just because I choose to, instead, I manifest an illness.

The intention is to come back to my true self, my soul. The questions reveal what is not aligned from there, the witness and release can occur.

Coming back to our true selves, acting from, and within the pure true energy system of our soul in the reality, we reside in here and now.
