This Albin Ballad 30 sailboat came with a quarterberth that was open to the cockpit locker so it frequently got wet. The adjacent seat and nav table were awkward to access. We decided to rip it all out and converted to a sealed cockpit locker with nav table countertop, moved the electrics to a new locker and added a locker for a portable freezer.
