We’re still here! 🌱👩🍳
It’s been a very busy season on our homestead, and we wanted to give you a quick update.
The garden produced an abundant harvest this year, and that meant lots of time preserving food for the months ahead. Mandy has been spending countless hours in the kitchen canning, dehydrating, and preparing our fresh produce so nothing goes to waste.
On top of all that, we also had a wildfire on the neighbouring property, which added even more stress to an already busy season. Thankfully, everything is safe, but it was a stark reminder of how quickly things can change when living off the land.
Thank you all for your patience and support while videos have been a little quieter than usual. Normal uploads will resume soon, and we can’t wait to share more about our off-grid life, food preservation, and everything happening around the homestead. Stay tuned! 🙌
