Mori-Say 620AC, machining diameters up to 20mm. Cam controlled turning lathes for medium to high volume turning. Available in 6 or 8 spindle, with variable feed & speed spindle motors.
Production Example One:
Bearing Ring - 1.35 secs per part
Material - Steel 100Cr6
Spindle Speed - 5000rpm
Cutting Speed - 65m/min
Production Example Two:
Fitting - 6 seconds per part
Material - Steel 100Cr6
Spindle Speed - 1400rpm
Cutting Speed - 88m/min
