Hello Simmers!
Recently I posted a poll in my YT community tab asking you to vote on what I built next in The Sims 4. The results were very close and daily went back and forth between Del Sol Valley Apartments and a corner store with Apartment above. At the time I started building the corner store was ahead.

This cozy store is built on Catscratch Cottage in Brindleton Bay has a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment above and can be used by the owning sim(s).
If you want to place as a retail w/o owning, it is best to remove the back room door.

Use the door lock feature when owning the store to keep customers out of the back room & apartment.

The produce area is for display only as are some of the debug items. I have already set accessible items on sale and the store can make a decent income each day.

Please use bb.moveobjects right before placing

I use TOOL mod by Twisted Mexi and No CC gallery Art - You do not need to download additional tools to use this build.
