G-Breaker is a series of PS2 games that link marginally to Sunrise Eiyuutan (a crossover with various Sunrise mecha anime), made by Sunrise Interactive, a subsidiary of Sunrise which focused on video games.
Before Sunrise Interactive was shut down, they planned to do a G-Breaker TV anime series, mixing characters from the games with an original main character, named Ryou. This promo shows what this series would have been about.
For anyone curious, this promo comes as an extra option inside the G-Breaker: Legend of Cloudia game (PS2). There's another version of this promo on youtube, but it's shorter than this one.
Most of the CG shots are actually cutscenes from the G-Breaker or Sunrise Eiyuutan games.
