Bread Besan Toast
Serving 2 persons
Ingredients
White Bread – 5-6 pcs
Gram Flour – ½ cup
Capsicum – 1 small sized chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Onion -1 medium Chopped
Green Chili – 1 tbsp chopped
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 tsp
Oil- 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Water as required
Salt to taste

Recipe:
1. Take out Besan in mixing bowl & add cumin seeds & Turmeric powder and add water & mix it well. Make it lumps free.
2. Now add all chopped vegetables & water as required, mix it well.
3. Now add water gradually and make thick batter.
4. Take bread & spread the Besan batter on it evenly.
5. Now heat a Tawa, sprinkle some oil & put bread to toast.
6. Spread batter on top side also. And flip over the bread.
7. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Apply some oil and toast.
8. Toast both side Golden Brown & Crisp.
9. Bread Besan Toast is ready to serve.
