I...I just... wow. This is probably going to be a very long and sappy description but I just need to get my feelings out. Ok, I know that this show has been questionable lately but I never gave up on it. I was a kid when the pilot aired and I watched it live. After that, I was obsessed. When I finally got into high school the show was still going and I could relate to it so much. When you're younger you don't think that graduating and picking a path will be as hard as it is. When these characters had to face that it was mirroring my life exactly. I'm going to be graduating soon and this show really helped me through how scary that is. I also always loved the heart in this show. I'm in the theater and music department at my school and I know what it's like to be the "nerds" or "underdogs" in high school. But, honestly, it's all worth it because they become your family. The characters relationships on this show are just like some of my real life ones in band and I'm grateful that a tv show showed this side of high school and not another show about the football or basketball team. I've actually been to competitions like regionals and sectionals. This show gave me the courage to perform at big competitions because I'd just always imagine what Santana would do lol. There is nothing like this show. And now, this couple. I watch a, excuse my language, shit ton of tv shows. I have seen hundreds of couples. These two... are in my all time top 3. I love the fact that they're from one of my favorite shows but I also love them. Throughout the entire show they started of as sort of a punchline. Then the writers realized how great the chemistry was and how big the fan base was. The actresses (heya!) supported it and shipped them just as much as anyone else. They were always a background couple but they were always my favorite. No other couple handled situations with as much love and maturity as these two did. I believed that these two could get married young and stay together for there whole lives. Not to mention they are both hilarious and feisty. Ok, if you're still reading this, I applaud you. There's so much more I could say about them but I should stop. If you love them too, message me and we can chat. This song is one of my all time favorites and I was saving it for a really special couple. I decided that these two earned it. I tried to incorporate the wedding as much as possible.
