Automatic Washing System – Food Safety Guaranteed
The passion fruit is processed through a multi-stage automatic washing system, effectively removing dirt, impurities, and harmful microorganisms. Production takes place in a food safety–certified factory, fully compliant with HACCP standards and international export regulations.
Pure Passion Fruit Pulp Extraction
After washing, the passion fruit is cut and manually processed by skilled workers to extract pure pulp. This careful handling helps preserve the natural color, characteristic aroma, and nutritional value of the passion fruit.
Rapid Freezing (IQF) – Quality Preservation
The passion fruit pulp is rapidly frozen at –40°C using IQF technology, ensuring optimal preservation of texture, freshness, and flavor. After thawing, the product maintains quality comparable to fresh raw material.
