After what happened previously, we needed one episode to deal with the consequences of it for everyone, and really EVERYONE. For sure, I think about Worky Helly who comes back with no idea of what happened since the big gala, who can't understand why Irv tried to drown her and then got fired, why Mark and Dylan have trouble trusting her at first, who doesn't know what happened to them since then… So she has that revelation about Mrs Casey being Gemma now, but let's wait for her to discover that Mark slept with the other Helly…

Mark clearly doesn't trust anyone now, because he understood Lumon knows everything about him searching for Gemma and the rest. But he still can't see how important he is for them, for that job, and I don't get why he is that important, why him, meaning imo that he is the job in fact at the end. Dylan feels sorry that he didn't trust Irv, Milchick has to face his superiors and even Outtie Helly has to deal with consequences… I said earlier I had the impression she got brainwashed since she's a kid, but the "obligement session" here made me think of a "break room" for the ones outside.
