Cheerful Floral Nail Art Tutorial / Dotting Tool And Needle Nail Design: Today's nail art is a pretty flower design using needle and dotting tool.

Firstly I apply base coat to protect your natural nails from hard discoloration and to give the manicure fixed base.

Paint your nails white.. Don't need working on wet nail polish but if you like a bit melted design, you can do one nail at the same time.
/I let the white dry or almost dry and after started the flowers/.

I begin the flowers by dotting tools, big then small dots on the top of each other /here we need wet dots, don't wait until they dry/.

Then by using needle I make the petals.
I paint different pattern that you may see in the video.

When I finished need to wait until the nails getting dry.
I apply top coat to protect the manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
