Project 13 by 62: Tioga County

I'm running all over New York State supporting Children's Heart Foundation! As of Tioga County on 19 Mar 25, I'm 61.3% complete with the state!

Notes:
Parking in the downtown historic district was easy on a weekday noon, traffic through the town was quite high! I head east, west, turned south and eastwards around the Tioga County Historic Courthouse. Two laps, and a jaunt over the Susquehanna River got me over 14 miles! Three half-marathons in over four days… Scenery was quite beautiful, and this definitely looks like a weekend destination type of place! A brewery next to a yarn shop? C’mon! Houses were beautifully painted, lawns landscaped, and tons of placards noting residences of significance. Sidewalks uneven in parts, west side of town had a park/fairgrounds area with some off-road bits.

I am running 62 half marathons, one in each NY state county to benefit the Children's Heart Foundation. They endeavor to fund promising research for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of the most common birth defect: of the heart.
