Semi-Automatic ROPP Capping Machine (Heavy Duty)

Next Packaging's high-quality Semi-Automatic ROPP Capping Machine is used to seal several types of screw caps, ROPP (Roll on Pilfer Proof) caps, plastic and metallic caps as well.

Works well for products like wine bottles, vinegar bottles, cough syrups and much more. Being a heavy duty model, this variant is well suited for those units having relatively larger production scale as well as working hours due to its sturdy and ergonomic design, which enhances its durability to a large extent and gives premium quality finished products.
The model also has a bottle guide for aligning the bottle to the centre of head, while its base has silicon rubber to bear the pressure. It is also extremely convenient to change over part of one cap size to another. Even you can adjust the height of the capping head in accordance with different heights of bottles.

Working

The operator has to manually place each bottle. Rest work is to be done by the capping head which will rotate and move upwards and downwards in a synchronized manner in order to tighten the cap.
