On Saturday, May 25, 2024, the farmers made their way up to Alp Soll in Appenzell, Switzerland. They set off on foot with their goats and cows from all corners of the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. On the last stretch up to the Alp the sun also appeared over the Swiss mountains. On Alp Soll, the farmers and livestock are distributed among the various alpine huts.
