This is a unique virtual tour on an unexpectedly deserted Lisbon area of Mouraria. The Mouraria, or Moorish Quarter, is one of Lisbon's most traditional neighbourhoods, and shares an irresistible tourist appeal with the famous area of Alfama - which you can visit in Zen Walk    • 4K ALFAMA - Lisbon Lockdown 2021 - Virtual...  .
Its traditional buildings, its stairways and its stunning views from the high areas up above make it one of the most unique places in Lisbon.

Walk with me through this quarter of wonders, starting at the piazza of Martim Moniz, and going up through narrow alleys, stairways and hidden churches and squares. All of this in a very silent and soothing ambience, only interrupted by the bark of occasional happy dogs, or the conversation of the Mouraria inhabitants. I will go up and down several times, sometimes walking again on the same segment of a street, after showing you some close-by point of interest. That's Mouraria for you: a fascinating maze of beauty.
