Yes, that's right "Nami the Navigator" is what the game calls her, because I guess just "Nami" would be too short and would run the risk of you maybe confusing her for some other Nami running around.
As such, Usopp, Eneru, and Kuina are tied for the second-shortest-named characters, and even Nami without her title being tacked on would have to acknowledge one even shorter name: Ohm.
At any rate, and whatever you choose to call her, the third featured Straw Hat will be Nami, equipped with her Clima-Tact, although the game will generally (if ever) refer to it by the 4Kids version name of the "Weather Forcer"...it does actually slip up and refer to it as a Clima-Tact once or twice, though.
Balls will be called Orbs and Tempos will be called Tempests, but other than that, it's not like there will be a huge deviation from the nature of the weapon itself, and you too can amaze your friends with combination party tricks and amazing combat techniques!

Arlong Park "Battle"
Well, here's a sight you won't see in the canonical version of events, Nami telling Arlong to take a hike and then going on to beat him senseless in his own home base of operations. Even with the Clima-Tact in hand, I'm not so sure things would be all that favorable for Nami, but it's fun to suppose and shake things up.
I actually like Nami's attacks a lot, they're not going to pack the ridiculous punch of Luffy or Zoro's attacks, but a lot of quick blows while keeping your opponent at arm's...erm, pole's length away or further with some rather nice ranged combo finishers.
I particularly like her specialty action, which lets her sidestep around an opponent, steal a stock from her opponent's gauge, and scatter it as an equivalent number of coins around the field. You can also see that it's unblockable, because of the little red burst of a flourish that surrounds a character before an unblockable attack is performed. Each character will obviously have this show up for their combined forward + vertical move, but others will exhibit this trait as well, like when Mihawk uses his ranged forward attack or when Zoro fully charges his Oni Giri.
The only problem as I see it is that I forgot to summon Genzo during this battle, but he's really just one of the most standard of the direct-attack variety support characters. Picture what Ritchie does, except instead of a lion, it's a man with a sword. I know that's a poor substitute for actually seeing him, but he's one of the earliest ones you get in Luffy's Grand Adventure mode, so you'll definitely see more than you can handle of him when I get down to it.
Actually, considering the kind of place it is, and the fact that Arlong Park is of course looking a little battle-worn at present, the place seems and sounds pretty upbeat...a fairly placid Momoo just hanging out, even generous enough to serve as a platform without much complaint (although if you attack him, he might not appreciate it much); fishmen hanging out, and even making merry; some villagers from Cocoyashi village peeking in from the gaping hole in the wall in the distance...and Nojiko having a staring contest with one of the fishmen, I guess. It's all pretty calm, since none of the background characters are moving, although most of them happen to seem like they're watching the fight, so maybe that's the excuse.
I have to say, that while Arlong definitely packs a punch, I'd personally expect that he should shrug off a bit more of the beatings he receives than he actually does...because you may notice that his life bar is longer than Nami's but it also tends to get rather large bites taken out of it from even what would seem like they should register as rather weak attacks. Maybe I've been trapped in Grand Adventure mode too long, and all characters actually take reasonable amounts of damage in Grand Battle mode with only slighter variations to be had...
Anyway, it would actually be understandable if Arlong took a slight hit in the durability department, because it would be a necessary trade-off for the fact that he cannot be harmed by a ring-out into water, which as might be predicted in the world of One Piece, most every stage's ring-out zones will be the ocean. Instead of reappearing with a chunk taken out of his life bar, he'll emerge from some part of the water and dive bomb the arena with a variant of his "Shark and Awe" attack.
Oh...and one last nagging detail...but...uh...I know the art is all super-deformed and whatnot and also that as the resident Ms. Fanservice Nami's bust is often subject to random enlargement at Eiichiro Oda's whims, but there is something seriously out of proportion here, even (especially?) for the SD art style.
