Steps to Hard Reset a Vertu Phone:

Power Off the Device:

Press and hold the power button until the phone turns off completely.

Enter Recovery Mode:

Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.

Release the buttons when the Vertu logo appears.

Navigate the Menu:

Use the Volume buttons to move up and down the options.

Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and press the Power button to confirm.

Confirm the Reset:

Scroll to Yes – Delete All User Data and confirm with the Power button.

The reset process will begin — wait for it to complete.

Reboot the System:
