A year after opening his own craft brew heaven, GQ’s Crafthouse, DJ GQ has partnered with Hollywood Brewing Co. to create a one-of-a-kind chocolate stout. A deep obsidian brown with lush chocolate and coffee tones, the aromatics in this brew lend to slightly smoky and sweet carmalized sugar with hints of burnt cocoa and kola nut. The flavor profile is elegant and rich, with layers of candied malts and dried fig, date, and nougat. The slightest astringency from noble hops lends to a smooth, sumptuous finish. LetEmKnow is a strong, opulent and ultra-smooth stout with relaxing, yet lively, attributes.

DJ GQ is an internationally recognized and award winning dj residing in South Florida and regularly spinning on Clear Channel’s FM powerhouse Y100.
