RobTop VS Peppy: Who's the Better Game Dev?

RobTop and Peppy; the respective creators of Geometry Dash and osu! - hugely different games yet they both still fall under the "Game Dev" category and I believe they have a reasonable amount of areas to be compared in. How similar are they? How different are they? These are questioned to be answered

some things i left out and realized only after i finished and wanted to add:
11,004 issues is referring to the github created issues on ppy/osu, as of typing this description, it's now at 11,032 and will probably increase as time goes on. i included both open and closed issues and figured that 88% of them being closed is the amount of issues closed, not necessarily referring to whether they are important issues/junk

RobTop being independent also has its drawbacks, mainly in the way that all the reliability is pushed onto him to rate levels with no other person being able to do so, and how slow updates take usually
anytime i diss a foreign country, it's nothing to do with ongoing/long-lasting geopolitical issues, just jokes, please note lol
RobTop also streams himself coding GD, though, it hasn't happened too often which is why it wasn't included
GD's 10th anniversary vid should've been mentioned under RobTop's community interaction as it was a HUGE example omg im so stuppidd
not all osu! updates are "small", just for comparasion GD updates are WAY larger - think 1.9 - 2.0 or even 2.0 - 2.1 to a small bugfix in osu!
the RobTop having 4 pictures section is just something i wanted to point out, no negative intentions

this video was made bc i saw a big parallel between GD players and osu players; meaning that if you've played one, you've probably heard about the other considering their (kinda) similar community and how many of the same songs are used in both. I haven't played GD in a while so if i made a mistake when talking about Rob, please let me know!
