The Cars: US Festival, September 4, 1982 (full audio)

The US festival took place over the weekend of September 3-5, 1982, at Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino, California. The Cars played on the second day of the three-day concert, performing on Saturday, September 4, 1982, in San Bernardino, California. They were sandwiched between Santana and The Kinks. This is an audience recording of their full 15-song set. Photo credits belong to Lynn Goldsmith, Elaine Hawkes, Gino Garcia, Ben Perez, and Ian Browning.

At this time, there are only a couple of published video segments of this performance ("Good Times Roll," "Bye Bye Love," and "Shake It Up"). From what I understand, the rights to the footage are owned by Shout Factory. Knowing that the full show is sitting on a shelf somewhere collecting dust is driving me crazy!
